The Barton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jessica Chapman who is wanted for parole violation and probation violation.
The underlying charges for the parole and probation violations were possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and forgery.
Chapman’s physical description is a w/f, 5’5”, 250 pounds, eyes are hazel, 30 years of age.
