ELLINWOOD — There will be a Bicycle Rally safety event from 7:30-9 a.m. Saturday, June 11, in the East parking lot at the Ellinwood City Pool. Participants can register their bikes with the City of Ellinwood. There will be bike safety checks, an obstacle course and bike decorating. The first 25 kids will receive a free helmet.
