Update: On Tuesday, Sheriff Brian Bellendir announced that the stolen trailer described below had been recovered because of an alert citizen.

The BSCO issued the following release on Monday:

The Barton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a stolen trailer, Sheriff Brian Bellendir said. Between Dec. 12 and Dec. 14, unknown persons stole a trailer from 185 NE. 40th Rd. The trailer is described as a triple axle, approximately 22x7-foot tilt bed. The trailer was equipped with heavy-duty ramps and wood bed.
