The United States Census Bureau will hold a hiring event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday at the Bend Workforce Center Great Bend KANSASWORKS, 1025 Main St. Census personnel will be on hand  to accept applications in person, answer any questions and discuss the positions available.

To apply, applicants must email to request an application. Here are the steps:

• Type the following into the subject line: “Request for Application for Field Representative.”

• In the body of the email include the following: Full name, phone number, mailing and physical address, languages you speak and how you heard about the position. 

• Send the email to denver.recruit@census.gov and an application packet will be sent in the mail with a prepaid return envelope.
