Join Heartland Center for Spirituality for a unique day-long retreat and explore the Christian tradition of contemplative listening from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 14. Guided by Sr. Annie Killian, OP, you will move beyond words to practice intuitively listening to your heart and body.

Brief talks will be held in the morning and “Conversations in the Spirit.” In the afternoon, you will enter St. Dominic’s Nine Ways of Prayer – a series of bodily poses accompanied by guided meditation and song. Special note: these traditional poses are optional, and modifications are available for all mobility levels. Feel free to bring a mat or towel.
