Due to the extreme cold and potential power outages, the KANSASWORKS Workforce centers in Local Area I will be closed through 5 p.m. Tuesday, said Laura Patzner, workforce system coordinator. 

The Workforce centers included are: Colby, Garden City, Goodland, Great Bend, Hays, Hutchinson, Liberal, McPherson, Newton and Salina.
