Both the Barton County Commission and the Great Bend City Council meet Monday. The Barton County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse, 1400 Main in Great Bend. The agenda includes the county’s Golden Belt Veterans Memorial partnership with the Quilts of Valor Foundation and the Vietnam Veterans, the Cow Creek Watershed Working Group, and the Wetlands and Wildlife Scenic Byway K-4 scenic overlook project.
