Coronado Quivira Museum seeking 2016 harvest photos
gbtribune news

The Coronado Quivira Museum is seeking photographs of the 2016 Harvest to display in the museum’s gallery. The photographs will add to the current agricultural exhibit. The pictures are needed by July 19. Help us show what goes on in Rice County during harvest.
The current agricultural exhibit focuses on the choices farmers have had to make from 1863 to the present. The 700 square foot exhibit highlights key historical events, technology, science, and engineering, farming approaches, and the future of farming.
The Coronado Quivira Museum is located at 105 West Lyon, Lyons. Call (620) 257-3941 if you can provide photographs. The Museum is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
