The Barton County Commission will meet Monday morning and the Great Bend City Council will meet Monday evening.

The Barton County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse, 1400 Main in Great Bend. The agenda includes an update on the dedication of the third stone at the Golden Belt Veterans Memorial, a letter of support for the Roots and Wings Foundation’s grant application from the Kansas Department of Transportation and a change order for a building at the Barton County Landfill.

The Great Bend City Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the City Office, 1209 Williams. The agenda includes the snow and ice removal policy, Events Center painting bids, the Eighth Street project temporary note and the notice of award for the 10th and Grant improvement project.
