The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has a display with around 200 Nativity scenes. There are also live manger animals. These goats were outside the church early Saturday afternoon.

The Creche Nativity Experience is open until 8 tonight (Dec. 13) at 5851 Eisenhower Ave. It will also be open from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 14.

Ghosts of Christmas Past Open House, 1-5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, at the Barton County Historical Society Village and Museum, 85 South U.S. 281, Great Bend.

Vespers Candlelight Concert - 2 p.m. Sunday in the Great Bend High School Auditorium, followed by the Youth Choir at 3:30 p.m.

Metropolitan Ballet’s Nutcracker, 2 p.m. Sunday at the Barton Community College Fine Arts Auditorium. Tickets are $10 at the door.
