WICHITA — A Federal grand jury indicted multiple individuals Wednesday on charges of unlawfully re-entering the United States after being deported. Two were found earlier this month in Ellsworth County.

Suhail Rosales-Antelo, 42, a citizen of Mexico, was found Feb. 8.

Jaime Alberto Pineda-Ortega, 38, a citizen of Mexico, was found Feb. 14.

If convicted, they each face up to two years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000. Homeland Security Investigations investigated and Assistant U.S. Attorney David Lind is prosecuting both cases.
