The preliminary hearing for Tracy Driscoll set for Aug. 2 was continued at the request of his defense attorney, Michael S. Holland II. The reason given for requesting a “joint order for continuance” was that plea negotiations are continuing. The hearing was rescheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 18.
Driscoll is charged with eight counts of breach of privacy, a level 8 person felony. The charges allege a concealed cellphone was used to photograph or record individuals without their consent while they were nude or undressing; his phone was seized after police were called to a local tanning salon.
