Barton County Farm Bureau has award two area seniors, whose parents are Barton County Farm Bureau members, each with a $500 scholarship. The 2018 recipients are Laren Miller and Kayanna Hammeke.Throughout Miller’s years at Great Bend High School, she has sustained an admirable GPA in her classes and is ranked in the top ten percent. She has been involved in sports plus many other extracurricular activities including Future Farmers of America.
