A Kansas State University honorary that helps outstanding freshmen become future campus leaders has selected new members for the 2015-2016 new year.
Quest, the freshmen honorary, is offered through the university’s Blue Key, a senior honor society. Upon their selection, Quest members are paired with mentors from Blue Key for a behind-the-scenes look at everything that Kansas State University has to offer. Quest activities include lunch at the university president’s home, tours of athletic facilities, a chance to find out from student leaders about giving back through service opportunities in Manhattan and more.
Local freshmen selected is Sarah Niederee, business administration from Great Bend.
