Great Bend Headstart honors volunteer
Great Bend Headstart recently honored longtime volunteer Art Cravens. Through the EARS program, Cravens attends one day each week to work with students through one-on-one interaction, mainly reading books with them. Following the presentation, he played his guitar and sang for the students. Cravens has been read to by many children since December of 2004 and plans to continue into the 2016/2017 school year.
