KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Rockhurst University awarded more than 800 degrees at its 98th annual commencement ceremony on May 12, at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Mo.
In keeping with the student-centered focus at Rockhurst, the program featured two student speakers: Jessica Raya, who received a Bachelor of Science in business administration, and Thataw Moo, who received a Master of Education.
Local graduate was Morgan Harwood, of Great Bend, Bachelor of Science, Biology, Summa Cum Laude.
