Windell Middlebrooks, a Sterling College alumnus, recently debuted in his first role as a regular on the new ABC series “Body of Proof.” Middlebrooks is certainly is not new to television as his recognizable face has been seen on the Disney Channel television series “The Suite Life on Deck” and in national advertisements as the Miller High Life Delivery Man.
Middlebrooks earned his bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Sterling College in 2002. He performed in many theatre productions during his time at Sterling College including “Children of Eden,” “The Rivals,” “Winter’s Tale,” “Crazy for You,” “The Dancing Spider,” “Midsummer Night’s Dream,” “Birds of Paradise,” “Servant of Two Masters,” “Good News,” and “Hay Fever.” While attending Sterling College, Middlebrooks received a scholarship for “Best Incoming Talent.”
“Windell’s incredible sense of timing and comedy are apparent in this new role,” said Diane DeFranco-Kling, Sterling College’s senior associate professor of theatre arts. “To me, he was the brightest part of the first episode and we are so very proud of him.”
You can watch Middlebrooks in “Body of Proof” which airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on ABC. To see Windell Middlebrooks’ full biography visit abc.go.com/shows/body-of-proof.
