The Barton County Farm Bureau Association awarded five $500 scholarships to area seniors at their May meeting held at the Long’s Pumpkin Patch. The recipients of the scholarships from were: From Ellinwood, Bryce Oliphant, son of Taft and Connie Hughes; from Great Bend, Brody Feist, son of David and Carrie Feist; and from Hoisington, Camille Dolechek, daughter of Doug and Stacy Dolechek, and Chase Maier, son of Tim and Stephanie Maier. Not pictured is Gracie Aylward, daughter of Mike and Jeri Aylward, of Hoisington.
