Four vehicles were involved in a traffic accident at 4:41 p.m. Friday on 24th St. in Great Bend.
According to police reports, Jose Daniel Fernandez was not paying attention and the vehicle he was driving struck a vehicle driven by Thomas Boos, which struck a vehicle driven by Paula Sloan, which struck a vehicle driven by Keton Reneau.
Fernandez was arrested for driving without a license, and was released after posting a $500 surety bond at the Barton County Detention Center. Boos was cited for an open container - illegal transportation of liquor.
