A Great Bend man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after allegedly threatening a family member with a steak knife, according to a Great Bend Police Department news release.
At about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, GBPD officers were dispatched in reference to a domestic disturbance at 2008 McKinley. Upon Officers arrival they were advised Michael Warren, 19, had gotten into an argument with a family member.
During the argument, Warren went into the kitchen and grabbed the steak knife from the drawer. He went back into the living room and allegedly threatened the family member with it.
Warren was arrested without incident and transported to the Barton County Jail and booked in lieu of bond on charges of aggravated assault.
