German buffet
The annual St. Joseph German Buffet took place at the Parish Center in Ellinwood on Sunday Nov. 2. This is one of the largest fund raisers St. Josephs hosts each year. A large crowd of 665 enjoyed an old fashioned German meal of homemade goodies including German sausage, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, German potato salad, pulled pork and kraut, breads, relish tray, desserts and beverage. Live accordion music was offered by local Ron Kelly. The buffet line began at 5 p.m. and closed at 7 p.m. followed by the raffle drawing.
