The City of Pawnee Rock and the Pawnee Rock Revitalization Committee will host the second annual Pawnee Rock Hard Rock Run at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10.  Check-in and registration will begin at 7 a.m. at the City Park in Pawnee Rock. The event is a 5K and one-mile walk/run. All proceeds will benefit the Pawnee Rock Revitalization Project to help revitalize the community and improve the quality of life.

Morning events in town will include a breakfast and Touch a Truck in the park. From 1-3 p.m., hamburgers/hotdogs, chips and drinks will be available for a $5 donation. Watch/vote for a firefighter to get pied in the face.
