The Great Bend USD 428 Board of Education will discuss the policy on student immunizations when it meets at 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, at the District Education Center, 201 South Patton Road. According to the agenda, USD 428 will consider excluding students from school if required immunizations are not current on Oct. 1. 

Action items on the agenda include vehicle bids; a request for the Great Bend High School band/orchestra spring break trip to Kansas City, Mo.; GBHS Spirit Competition proposal; notification of the Title VI B and Early Childhood flow-through budget application; and approval of site council members.
