USD 428 Roundup
Dates have been set for USD 428’s kindergarten round-up. The event is for children who will be 5 years old on or before Aug. 31, 2016, and planning to attend local schools in the fall.
Parents are asked to bring their child’s immunization record and official state birth certificate.
The times, dates and places include:
• Eisenhower School, 3:30 p.m., Monday, April 18;
• Jefferson School, 3:15-4:15 p.m. (come and go), Monday, April 4;  
• Riley School, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (come and go), Wednesday, April 6;
• Park School, 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. (come and go), Thursday, April 7; and        
• Lincoln School, 6:00 p.m., Thursday, April 21                
If you are unsure which elementary school your child should attend or need more information, contact Shannon King at the District Education Center, 793-1500.
The times and dates for other area schools are:
• Central Kansas Christian Academy in Great Bend, 3:30-5 p.m. on Monday and Thursday, April 4 and 7, and 3:15-3:45 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 5 and 6  
• St. Joseph School in Ellinwood, 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 6                                                       
• Ellinwood Grade School, 6 p.m. Thursday, April 7        
• Otis-Bison, 8:30-11:30 a.m. Friday, April 8                                        
• Larned Hillside, 8:30 a.m., Friday, April 15                                       
• Holy Family in Great Bend, 9 a.m. or 1 p.m. Thursday, May 6
