KU Mobile Natural History Museum to visit Great Bend

The KU Mobile Natural History Museum will be in Gret Bend on Saturday, July 13.

A mobile display from the University of Kansas Natural History Museum will arrive at the Great Bend Public Library on Saturday, July 13. The pop-up mobile museum will be open to the public from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. 

The museum will be fun and educational for all ages, and will feature displays of more than 90 species, said library spokesman Michael Adamyk. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about paleontology, fossils, and more through exciting hands-on activities.

This event is provided by the University of Kansas through a donation from Tom Hardy. Admission is free to all visitors.
