Leadership Golden Belt is now accepting grant applications to attend Kansas Leadership Center’s “You. Lead. Now.” and “Teaching Leadership” conferences, in Wichita. Interested parties may attend as an individual or with a group. Awarded grants will be used to cover the conference registration fee and $50 per diem lodging reimbursement with a two day maximum.
“You. Lead. Now.” is designed for those at every level, from all sectors who are ready for a transformational leadership experience. At this three-day conference you will learn how to manage yourself differently and apply low risk experiments to move your organization forward. Kansas Leadership Center’s participant handbook provides resources, charts, and asks you provocative questions to ensure your vision is carried out after the conference.
“Teaching Leadership” gives you the tools to facilitate from the front of the room. They provide coaching in the following areas: Teaching KLC Principles and Competencies, Coaching Foundations, Case-In Point Fundamentals, and Strengthening Community Leadership Programs.
Golden Belt Community Foundation also provides tailored leadership training completely adaptable to any program. Curriculum is based on Kansas Leadership Center’s leadership principles and competencies. Sessions can include team building exercises, personality profiles, peer to peer consultation, case studies, challenges specific to your organization and much more.
