Members of the cast of “The Flowering of Chastity or Chaste across the Stage (An Old-Fashioned Melodrama)” are shown at the free performance held Tuesday in the Barton County Courthouse Square. The show, produced by the Barton Community College Theatre Department, was repeated at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Pawnee County Fair and will be shown at 7:30 tonight in the St John city square.

Shown above are brazen hussy Violet Nightshade (Madison Jones), gallant hero Terence Truelung (David Burdett), and the oft-inebriated Aunt Absinthe (Calie Doze). 

There was plenty of audience interaction, all leading to a happy ending.
