Barton County Historical Society will host an open house for members only on Thursday, June 7 from 5-7 p.m. The event will be held at the Lustron house in the north part of the village complex.
Step back in time to tour one solution for the post World War II housing shortage. This Lustron is the only one available for public viewing in the United States, said Beverly Komarek, executive director of the Barton County Historical Society Museum.
Light refreshments will be served. Memberships will still be available that evening.
