The staff of the Santa Fe Trail Center invites the public to sign up for a heritage craft program offered on 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 17. This is the perfect time of year to make a cornhusk doll to add to your fall decorations.
There are many uses for cornhusks, but none with such lasting appeal as the cornhusk doll. To make reservations call the Trail Center at 620-285-2054. The length of the workshop is estimated to be 90 minutes.
