LARNED — The Larned city council has scheduled a second budget workshop at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at city hall. The public is invited to attend.
One of the proposals is to consider the purchase of appliances for the new duplexes on the west edge of Larned.
A golf course proposal will also be discussed.
