Participants in this year’s Veterans Day parade in Larned are asked to form up at Dwight Shank Chevrolet, 124 Broadway, at 10:30 a.m. next Thursday, the 11th. The parade is to begin at 11 a.m.

Free breakfast will be served at the American Legion Post Home on East Seventh from 7 to 9 a.m. Thursday for veterans and their spouses.

The local Legion post is sponsoring the parade and other Veterans Day activities this year.
