On Wednesday, William Thomas Frederick Jr., 38, was located and taken into custody in California by the United States Marshal’s Service, The Hoisington Police Department announced Thursday morning. Frederick was wanted in connection to a police pursuit in Hoisington on April 1 where shots were fired at an officer.
