Great Bend High School will hold marching band camp for freshmen, new band members and officers Aug. 8-10 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Students are responsible for their own lunchtime. Seniors, juniors and sophomores who have previously been in marching band are to report on Monday, Aug. 13 at 8:30 a.m. The same time schedule applies. Students who need to check out instruments should come to GBHS Band Room at 8:10 a.m. on the day they start camp. Students are required to attend camp if they want to participate in the Kansas State Fair or other out-of-town events.
