The Masonic Cancer Alliance outreach team will be traveling across Kansas to listen and learn from individuals in five communities. The team will be at the Great Bend Masonic Lodge, 1917 17th St., from 3-4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16.

The team is interested learning where individuals are getting health and wellness information, views on cancer screenings and more. 

The MCA provides free cancer screenings throughout Kansas and they have plans to provide one here in Great Bend later this summer, according to Brooke Groneman, the group’s director of outreach in Shawnee Mission.
