The Great Bend Fire Department responded to a fire call at 4:53 p.m. on Thursday at 168 South Washington for a mobile home on fire. Firefighters found the structure totally engulfed in flames. No occupants were injured.

The GBFD was assisted on scene by the Kansas Highway Patrol, Barton County Sheriff’s Office and Wheatland Electric.
