Educational Strategies to hold workshop

ELLINWOOD — Educational Strategies, 108 N. Main, in Ellinwood will hold four continuing education workshops on July 26. The workshops are eligible for continuing education units as well as being open to the public.
The workshops are Dementia, 8-10 a.m.; Alzheimers 10 a.m.-noon; Autism 1-3 p.m.; and Stress 3-5 p.m.
The cost to attend all four sessions is $85. Those who are in need of continuing education units and who attend all sessions will receive eight continuing education units.
The class will be taught by Dr. Catherine Strecker.

HOISINGTON — The American Legion Auxiliary and the VFW Auxiliary will be making a request to the American Legion for use of the kitchen on Labor Day, to be voted on at the Legions July meeting.
