CLAFLIN — Last month Clalfin Emergency Services personnel were dispatched for: four fall victims, two cardiac arrests, a patient who had a seizure, an asthma patient, a basketball injury, an injury auto accident and an inter-hospital transfer.

Last month fire personnel responded to assist the EMS at an injury accident and with a fall victim and to a grass fire.

In other news, Claflin Fire and EMS personnel met twice in December to clean, maintain, and train with equipment and vehicles. EMT Ryan Oeser completed studies and passed testing to become an EMT-Intermediate.

During 2010 Claflin Fire and EMS responded to 208 calls.
