Linda is involved in cheerleading and is considering participating in track in the spring. Her favorite subjects in school are English and Science. When asked what she likes best about school, Linda replied, “I like being able to see my friends everyday. I also enjoy my teachers.”
In her spare time, Linda enjoys shopping, watching movies with her family, reading, drawing, and playing with her new puppy.
“Linda is always smiling and happy. She is well-mannered and friendly to her classmates and the staff,” said secretary B.J. Mockerman.
Paxton is in the sixth grade; he is the son of Steve Hammeke and Kori Hammeke. Paxton has three siblings: Merritt, McKenna, and Brynna.
Paxton is a Renaissance Council representative for his class. His favorite subjects in school are P.E. and English. When asked what he likes best about school, Paxton said, “Seeing my friends and being involved in Renaissance.”
Some of Paxton’s hobbies and interests outside of school include playing soccer and other sports, and hanging out with his friends.
“Paxton is always very polite, friendly, and willing to help others. Even with his hand recently in a cast, he could still be seen with a smile on his face and volunteering to assist other students or staff members, “ said Rhiannon Becker, assistant principal of CPMS.
