Sons of the Legion to host Wild Game Feed fundraiser

The Ellinwood Sons of the American Legion will host a Wild Game Feed on Sat., Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. at the Ellinwood American Legion. The menu will include pheasant, quail, rabbit, turkey, goose, fish, duck, ham, and other wild game. Suggested donation is $10 per plate. A gun raffle will take place after the meal. All proceeds from the event will be donated to Kans for Kids Fighting Cancer Foundation.

Education Strategies to offer Alzheimer’s Workshop and Stress Management Workshop

ELLINWOOD — Educational Strategies, 27 N. Main, will offer two workshops in March. From 1-3 p.m on March 23, they will offer an Alzheimer’s Workshop. The cost is $25.

Nurses and social workers will receive two CEU credits.
