Approximately 93 calls for service and 94 officer initiated calls were received for the month of February. Officers responded to seven medical/fire calls and worked two non-injury accidents. Ten arrests were made and seven criminal summonses were served in the month of February.
Criminal and Accident Reports:
Feb. 1
A battery of a law enforcement officer, obstruction and disorderly conduct report was taken in the 200 block of West 5th.
A juvenile female was taken into custody and transported to the Juvenile Justice Authority, where she was released to Juvenile Intake Officers custody.
Feb. 8
A criminal trespass and obstruction report was taken in the 500 block of South Bismark. Cody Garrett and Erin Baker were arrested and transported to the Barton County Jail, where they were booked and confined in lieu of bond.
Feb. 9
A child abuse, child in need of care report was taken in the 200 block of Old Manor Road. Five children were taken into custody and transported to the Juvenile Justice Authority, where they were released to Juvenile Intake Officers custody.
Feb. 11
A child in need of care report was taken 504 Isern. A juvenile was transported to the Juvenile Justice Authority and released to Juvenile Intake Officers custody.
Feb. 13
A lost tag report was taken in the 100 block of West A.
A possession of stolen property report was taken in the 500 block of South Main.
Feb. 14
A cruelty to animal and prohibited animal report was taken in the 300 block of North Schiller. Allanah Hines was served two criminal summonses for the violations.

A theft report was taken in the 400 block of Old Manor Road.
Feb. 17
A vicious animal, dog at large report was taken in the 200 block of East 6th. James Riemann was served two criminal summonses for the violations.
Feb. 18
Tracy Thacker was arrested in the 200 block of South Main for driving while suspended. Thacker was transported to the Barton County Jail, where she was booked and confined in lieu of bond.
An aggravated assault report was taken in the 300 block of West 5th.

A found property report was taken in the 500 block of West SantaFe.
Feb. 22
A child in need of care report was taken in the 500 block of Isern.
Feb. 25
A non-injury accident report was taken at the Ellinwood Municipal Airport.
Deborah Niles was served four traffic citations for observed violations.
Feb. 26
A non-injury accident report was taken in the 400 block of Wieland.
A juvenile received three traffic citations for observed violations.
Feb. 27
Emily Noblitt was arrested in the 500 block of South Humbolt on a Russell county and Barton Warrant for probation violations. Noblitt was transported to the Barton County Jail, where she was booked and confined in lieu of bond.
Feb. 28
A runaway/child in need of care report was taken in the 400 block of East 1st.
Robert Delp was arrested on a Henry County Missouri Warrant in the 500 block of South Bismark. Delp was transported to the Barton County Jail, where was booked and confined in lieu of bond.

Robert Lee Jr. was cited in the 300 block of East SantaFe for speeding and no proof of motor vehicle insurance.
Jason King was cited in the 100 block of East SantaFe for expired vehicle tag.
