Ellinwood — The Ellinwood Rotary Club is asking the citizens of Ellinwood to provide nominations for the 2013 Distinguished Citizen Award.  Anyone of any age or sex and who is considered a “resident” of Ellinwood can be nominated. They are looking for that person who has supported Ellinwood with their time and talent and who really exemplifies the spirit of Ellinwood.  Nominations will be accepted through Feb. 1.  Please submit your nomination to Ellinwood Rotary Club, P.
