Ellinwood to hold meeting

The Ellinwood City Council will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. today. In old business, there will be a public hearing on 106 E. B St., a special purpose vehicle, and the 414 E. 4th demolition bid.

The new governing body members will be sworn in. For new business, the council will elect a council president, designate an official depository, designate an official newspaper, appoint a new fire committee, Steve Birzer will address council, service award, approve tower lease agreement for Barton County and moratorium on zoning variances.
