HOISINGTON — Gambino’s Pizza restaurant has reopened under new ownership Thursday, and will be offering more menu items and different hours.

Jana Herdman has taken over the Hoisington Gambinos which closed on Dec. 31.

She runs the Gambinos in LaCrosse, Hays, Victoria and now Hoisington.

"I’ve been doing this 12 years, said Herman. "We have some new sandwiches and a couple more pizzas.

"I like the product and the quality of food," said Herdman.

She lives in Rush Center and has three boys. Her husband is from the McCracken area.

The restaurant currently has four employees and is looking to hire three more. In addition, a manager is needed.

Call 653-4369 to order. Their hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 to 8:30 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, they are open from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
