HOISINGTON — Each nine weeks, Hoisington Middle School faculty and staff choose students who have shown leadership throughout the school. This can include being respectful to adults and students, improving in grades, being helpful in and out of the classroom, and just showing leadership qualities.
To promote these qualities, students participate in a Leadership Luncheon. The chosen students ate pizza with Pat Reinhardt, principal and Leonar Kaiser, counselor, on March 13. The following students were chosen:  Jakob Breit, Trey Byers, Harley Cavender, Kerry Clone, Madysen Clone, Cameron Davis, Hailee Donahoe, Jailyn Hull, Jessi Kindscher, Braden Konzem, Katelyn Knapp, McKenzie Moore, Jazmin Nunez, Kelsi Nuss, Kaia Parks, Xavier Robinson, Brian Shinofield, Brooke Steinert and Austin Woods.
