TOPEKA — Rich Bieber, RPh was elected vice chairman of the Kansas Independent Pharmacy Service Corp. in December 2012 at the KPSC board meeting.
Bieber is part owner of Cardinal Pharmacy in Hoisington.
Officers are elected annually by the current board of directors. Officer terms begin this month.
