HOISINGTON — The Hoisington Veterans of Foreign War Hall, 256 S. Main, closed after its last event on New Years Eve.
It was a sudden decision because of some unexpected bills and the bad economy.
It is unknown what will become of the contents of the building or of the building itself.
Candace Price, volunteer, said that they tried to keep it open but that they couldn’t afford to keep it open anymore.
