Principal's award
Ellinwood Grade School students, from left, Harley Allen, Brooklin Morgan, Callie Schartz and Gabrielle Ward are pictured with the medal they received for mastering kindergarten objectives. These students received the Principals Award from Principal Eric Sjogren, The students earned five EGS tags prior to earning a medal. They received tags for recognizing upper and lowercase letters, number recognition to 100, number writing to 100 and recognizing approximately 170 sight words. They are accompanied by Molly Cherry, EGS kindergarten teacher.
