ELLINWOOD — The Ellinwood Chamber of Commerce is holding a T-shirt design contest for the After Harvest Festival. The design must be associated with this year’s theme, Celebrate Ellinwood-140 years from 1872-2012.
Entries needs to be submitted on a standard size piece of paper. The design needs to be large enough to fill most of the space on the page. Include name and phone number on the entry. The deadline for entries is May 10. They should be mailed to the Ellinwood Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 482, Ellinwood, KS  67526.
