United Way posters
In appreciation of their commitment to the United Way of Central Kansas, the following people were awarded a poster designed by a local student at the Ellinwood High School football game last week. They were: The Kansas Sidewinders, for their support with the Casino Night, Becca Maxwell, Sunflower Bank and United Way of Central Kansas Board member, Angie and Bill Maddy, 2014 Ellinwood Campaign co-chairs and the Ellinwood High School Student Council for their support and fund-raising of the blue-out at the basketball game for Senior Night. Their participation in the United Way campaign year after year means a great deal not only to the UWCK but to the agencies and to the recipients who receive assistance. Their involvement truly makes a difference for local residents.
