Body of Great Bend man found

The body of a Great Bend man was found southwest of Great Bend by hunters Saturday morning, according to Barton County Sheriff Greg Armstrong.

Armstrong labelled the death as suspicious and under investigation. The man was identified as 25-year-old Damon Galyardt, a white male.

Galyardt was found on SW 60 Road between 20 and 30 Ave. Armstrong said the call came in at 8:47 a.m. Saturday.
